We are currently seeking a Perth Depot Supervisor role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Traffic Controller or current Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career.
About the Role
Reporting to the WA Operations Manager and working closely with the Operations Coordinator, this role is dynamic and hands-on. No two days are the same. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting site assessments and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operation standards
- Providing feedback and training to improve field performance
- Scheduling and assisting with emergency call-out bookings
- Supporting health and safety initiatives
- Participating in the on-call roster
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Traffic Controller
- Holds a current WA C Class Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)
- Is confident enforcing policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Has strong people management skills and can lead a productive, safety-conscious team
- Is comfortable fielding client calls and assisting with scheduling as needed
- Holds current BWTM and TC accreditation (WTM or AWTM preferred)
