To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Executive Assistant to the Senior Legal Director APAC and Senior VP Legal APAC. This role will be to provide executive administrative, project and co-ordination support to Senior Legal Directors in APAC, as well as ANZ and APAC Legal teams. Â
*This is a part time fixed term contract until 21st February 2025 with possibility to be extended or converted to permanent
Key Responsibilities:Â
·      Provide administrative support to the Senior Legal Directors in APAC including:
o   Organising of domestic and international travel arrangements;
o   Processing credit card expenses, reporting & approvals of expenses;
o   Active diary/calendar management on a daily basis
·      Support and coordinate functional/legal operational activities such as compliance training
·      Lead and develop relationships with EAs of other Legal Directors within APAC
·      Arrange and coordinate meetings and events on and offsite, end to end support from logistics and sites to cateringÂ
·      Process supplier invoices and order departmental stationery & supplies to ensure a seamless work environment
·      Participate in monthly Admin meetings
·      Promote, develop & improve the health, safety and welfare of our people

About you:Â
·      Extensive experience in supporting Executive level Directors
·      Strong organisational, administration and planning skills
·      Ability to connect and engage with people at all levels of the organisation.
·      High level of executive maturity and works well with others, strong team player
·      Results driven with attention to detail and accuracy
·      Proven communication skills both verbal and written
·      A customer service orientation whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times
·      Proven skills in using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages.
·      Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines
